The well-being of seniors is something that is very important to me. Witnessing my grandparents' struggles with finding adequate care, and my mom's dedication as a nurse inspired me to become a caregiver. I strive to understand each care recipient by learning their preferences and personal history. With a little over a year of experience that branches from personal, hospital, and a home health company, I provide transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. My empathy helps me remain calm, and I'm eager to use my skills to help your family.
