We worked for our landlord and cleared out all the remaining tenant belongings and would give the whole house a wash from ceiling, wall and floor. My dad is a carpenter so I can patch and fix most things as well. With Pastry/ Culinary, Automotive, Welding, Art School and 15 years of rugby I got pretty good at getting stains out.
