About Megan

My name is Megan and I've been caring for older adults for over 10 years. My passion for senior developed while helping care for my grandmother, who lived with advanced Alzheimer's disease. Since then, I've been dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate the aging process with compassion and dignity. I have experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and those receiving hospice or end-of-life care. I provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship. I enjoy preparing nutritious meals that support health and well-being. I'm known for being patient, compassionate, dependable, and upbeat. I'm skilled at reassuring and redirecting individuals with memory loss to create a calm, supportive environment. I'm also trained in senior yoga, mobility, meditation, and mindfulness for older adults to increase quality of life. CPR certified, non-smoker.
