About Megan

I have professional experience with all ages of children in a variety of settings including: private homes, traditional and Montessori preschools, elementary schools, therapeutic centers, and hospitals. I have worked with typically developing infants and children as well as with children with autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. I have worked with youth in trauma foster care in therapeutic settings as an occupational therapist. I'm looking for a part time recurring position or occasional childcare. Depending on the desires and needs of the family, I would be open to watching another child while I have my infant in special circumstances - if it is a good fit for everyone. :) Naturally creative, I enjoy facilitating sensory based and child led approaches to play. I am familiar with a variety of social and emotional learning philosophies and am comfortable working with a family's preferred approach. I look forward to being in touch!
