I have been caring for all sorts of animals (farm animals to marine mammals to house pets, mostly dogs) since I was 9 years old. I grew up with many pets in my home and had my own dog since I was 8! I have lived around the world working in the field of marine science. Traveling makes it hard to have my own pets, so when I am on land and settled for a certain amount of time, I try to spend as much time with animals as possible! I am an outdoor enthusiast and love running hiking and getting exercise. I also am great with senior dogs and giving them the appropriate care and special needs.
