About Megan

I'd describe my personality as friendly, hard-working, and creative. I like working with kids because it doesn't feel like work. They are fun, and I love to share their fun with them. I can use my creativity and my energy to keep them entertained. I just love getting to know them as people. I started working with kids when I started high school. I like to involve myself in theatre and the arts. It's something I'm passionate about and want to spend the rest of my life doing. It teaches me critical skills that are applicable to numerous settings and scenarios. One thing you should know about me is that I think it's vital to have a good relationship between babysitter and kid. Not only do the parents have to trust you, but the kids do too - they are letting you into their space and giving you their time. It is important that both kid and sitter treat each other with respect and empathy. My skills include problem-solving, creativity, and flexibility.
