About Megan

I have always had a love for dogs. Growing up, my family owned a half black lab, half golden retriever. We always compared him to a big and gentle bear- with his big and ferocious mane, yet loveable nature. Apart from my childhood experience owning a dog, I have about 3 years of experience feeding and walking the two Labradoodle dogs that belong to the family I nanny for, as well as dog and house sitting occasionally for a family friend. Throughout these experiences, I have had the task of administering medicine in pill form for various pet ailments, including degenerative diseases, as well as seizures. Apart from my experience working with dogs, I consider myself an active individual, and an early morning riser. I work with kids at a school and a huge part of my job is sustaining an energy level that is both positive and uplifting for my students. What I love about dogs is that they provide that on a continual basis, which in turn fuels me with happiness.
