About Meghan

Hello! My name is Meg : ) I am a freelance artist based in Minneapolis! I have received my BFA from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a minor in Children's Art Education, and have 3 years of childcare/teaching experience. Prior to my college degree I nannied mostly for one family. I watched two kids around the ages of seven and nine, full time during the summer months and part-time during the school year. This is when I really fell in love with working with children! For the last year I have been working with kids as an art teacher at a local children's art studio. This job made me realize that I want to go back to school to get my Masters in Art Therapy. I think art is a powerful tool for self-love, and I appreciate the experience to share that with anyone I meet. I would love the opportunity to work with your kids in whatever capacity you need; keeping them on schedule while also celebrating the joy and creativity that exists in the tasks of everyday life!
