Meladine cared for our son from ages 5 months to 14 months (when he transitioned to daycare). She also looked after our 3-year-old daughter whenever she was home sick from daycare or during the occasional evening. She is incredibly patient and not easily flustered. She has cared for both kids through illnesses, rough days, and full-on meltdowns, and always handled everything calmly and confidently. I trust her completely with my children's safety and best interests. Meladine was with our family through several big challenges with our son, including him being a very fussy eater and his transition into an orthotic helmet. She approached both with patience, consistency, and good judgment. She is extremely reliable and communicative. We work from home, and when she takes our son out to the park or on outings, she sends photos and updates. If I ever have a question outside of working hours, she's remarkably responsive. She has also been a huge help around the house, keeping toys organized, cleaning up the kitchen, and helping with laundry. Any family would be lucky to have her.
