I've always been good with children; I started sitting at age 10 and became a popular sitter:) One family I sat for regularly had four children from 1-year-old to 10 yrs old! Also, I babysat for friends and family, including my little brother. I have primarily been the caregiver to an 8-year-old child with special needs from Jan 2019 thru Sep 2020. Before this I cared for two kids aged 9 and 12 yrs old; making breakfast, lunches and driving them to school. I drove them to activities after school and oversaw homework. I was also nanny to a baby from age 2 month to 8 months old. I love outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals, sewing, reading and story writing. I share my enthusiasm for these things with those in my care. It's very rewarding to spark the imagination of young ones while they learn!
