Melanie was my angel in my time of need. As a mother it is never comforting leaving your children with a stranger but I had to go to work and I couldn't be more thankful our paths crossed. Melanie is kind and gentle with the kids but with a perfect firmness so they won't walk all over her. She's always on time and has no problem communicating. Cleaning was never in the job description but she always offered to help me do things around the house. If my husband and I didn't put the kids in private school we would have wanted to keep Melanie forever.
