We hired Melany for date nights when our daughter was just 6 months old. Melany is trustworthy, kind, and dependable. She plays so well with our daughter and even sends us updates throughout the evening. She asks important questions like emergency contacts, allergies, etc., which shows me how responsible and caring she is. I can see how much she cares for my baby girl and feel very comfortable leaving her in her care. If I ever needed a full time nanny, Melany would be my absolute first choice.
