During her time with our family, she consistently demonstrated excellent communication, providing timely updates about our baby and quickly adapting to mid-week schedule changes. She was always punctual and brought a calm, nurturing presence to her work. With our six-month-old, she engaged thoughtfully through play, supported his physical development (such as practicing sitting), and read to him regularly to encourage early language skills. Melina also showed initiative: during nap times, she proactively asked how she could help further, going above and beyond our expectations. We ultimately parted ways due to scheduling changes that created challenges for both sides, but we are truly grateful for the care she provided.
