About Melina

Hi! My name is Melina and I have 2 years of experience working at a daycare as a tutor, many years of various babysitting jobs, 2 years as a tutor for a nonprofit organization for refugees, and 1 1/2 years as a Registered Behavior Therapist for children with autism spectrum disorder. I also have 2 nephews and 2 nieces (ages infant - 5 years old) that I love to play with and babysit! I'm also a graduate student at Antioch University for their Master's in Couples and Family Therapy with Art Therapy program. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and Visual Arts from the University of San Diego. I am also CPR certified, love pets, am comfortable with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, and have my own transportation. I love working with kids and I have worked with many different ages. I love being involved with the kids playing games or sports, doing crafts, or helping with homework. I love to foster children's creativity and kindness and find ways to make them smile and build confidence.
