I am so fortunate to have Melinda as our nanny. She has cared for my nearly 2 year old son since he was 4 months old, and I would not have been able to make it through being a new mom without her. She truly is an angel. Melinda is an honest, hard working, dependable individual. She treats my son as her own, at the same time respecting my role as a mom. She teaches manners, sharing, hygeine, and all the preschool basics. I've never seen her get upset or frustrated in her childcare role; she is consistent and calm when setting limits, something very important to our parenting style. Because of these characteristics and her overall outstanding qualities, she has become an integral member of our family. Having Melinda as our nanny has enriched our lives in so many ways and I recommend her without any reservations.
