Whether you are looking for a babysitter, tutor or a nanny I'm your gal. My career started at 13 and I hadn't even realized it. I started volunteering at a YMCA. I worked there for approximately 4 years tutoring, coordinating activities, preparing snacks/meals, you name it I've done it. During this period, I worked with ages 4 through 12 and all the way to age 15 during summer camp. I moved to Ventura county my sophomore year, took a few child development class and pre-k courses. I volunteered at an elementary for a year. I was not only a TA but I considered myself the SA (school aide) because I helped any and everyone who needed/wanted my help. At a point I stayed away from the whole child care idea, and went into the medical field for a couple years. I received my degree in Health Care Administration and found my way back. I started working at a local gym in the kid's club department. There I watched over newborn-12 years old and a youth center with teens.
