About Melisa

Hi! My name is Melisa and I'm 27 years old. I've nannied for several families and began babysitting at the age of 11. With years of experience caring for kids as young as 7 months old up to 12 years old, I bring a warm, patient, and adaptable energy to the job. Caring for children has always come naturally to me and I love getting to know each child's unique personality; encouraging the development of their natural skills and passions. I earned a bachelor's degree in creative writing - with kiddos that are interested, I love to teach them about anything from poetry to writing their own stories and encourage their creative spark! I'm able to help out with things like meal prep and light housekeeping. I'm comfortable caring for multiple kiddos and happy to work in homes with pets.
