Melissa is professional but also feel like family. She connects with kids easily, and they truly enjoy spending time with her. I trust her completely, whether she’s caring for my so overnight or taking him to practices and appointments. She is capable and proactive, and I appreciate that she knows what needs to be done without a lot of direction. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my son is loved and cared for when he with her.
