About Melissa

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I have a college degree in dietetics (nutrition) and 5 years of experience periodically caring for children aged newborn to 11. I currently homeschool my 6-year-old son and in addition to him, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. My friendly and playful personality allows me to connect easily with kids, while my responsible nature ensures I always prioritize their well-being. I enjoy playing outdoors including sports, doing art, puzzles, and educational activities. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with you using your preferred method. I have been certified in CPR and First Aid multiple times, but don't currently hold an active certification. With my own car and comfort around pets, I look forward to meeting your family and providing exceptional care for your child.
