One of the highlights of my career includes providing exceptional care for a lively 2 and a half-year-old of my own, where I successfully managed daily routines, implemented educational activities, and fostered a supportive atmosphere to encourage growth and exploration. My approach combines a deep understanding of child development with practical, hands-on experience to ensure that each child's needs are met with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm. I pride myself on maintaining open, communicative relationships with families to ensure a seamless integration of care routines. Full disclosure I would have to bring my own 2-year-old on the weekends that I have him. I have a full time job but I can work during weekdays if needed for date night (: just communicate with me.
