Hello! My name is Melissa. I have been cleaning homes in North Virginia for years. I reply quickly, I am punctual to all jobs, and I love what I do for a living. I have my own cleaning equipment and supplies. Please feel free to message me with any questions. I offer free estimates and references!

I needed a short notice cleaning after selling a house. Melissa was very responsive to my messages and flexible with my timing requirements. She and her team did a great job.

Hired for a deep clean. Agreed to $350 for five hours although I suggested the whole day of 10 hours. Next day I noticed top surfaces or front side of things were cleaned, not necessarily the back side, same soap stain on the floor also. Did not bring all necessary cleaning supplies and used some of my expensive medicated wipes to clean without my knowledge until I seen a new package opened.

She has done a great job with our apartment several times. Always is friendly, thorough and detail-oriented. Recently, we asked them within less than 24h for an emergency clean, and they came through!! Love them and will be using regularly!

Melissa is super nice and does the best job cleaning, leaves all bathrooms and kitchen spotless! Super reliable and friendly. We love having her at our home

Melissa has been doing an excellent job for several weeks now. Initially, she did a deep clean (Spring Cleaning) of my entire house. Everything was great (she made my Breville oven shine like new!).
For the past 3 visits (she comes every other week), it's been more routine cleaning and I've been very satisfied. Great attention to detail, pet friendly (even tho my Border Collie is afraid of everyone and everything!), careful with a house full of antiques.

I would highly recommend Melissa!

Melissa is Professional, trustworthy, hard working and an EXCELLENT CLEANER! My house is absolutely sparkling when she’s done! HIGHLY recommended!

I was looking forward to having cleaning estimate appointment with Melissa. Unfortunately, she turned out to be a no call, no show. It's disheartening to experience such unprofessionalism, especially when you've cleared your schedule to accommodate an appointment. I had high hopes, but it's difficult to trust someone with my home when they can't follow through on a basic commitment. I won't be rescheduling housekeeping needs.

Melissa has been a blessing to me. She cleans my home absolutely spotless. She pays close attention to detail and listens well. She is very kind and willing to accommodate your particular requests. For example, when I told her that she had to use a soft rag and nonabrasive product because of my fragile re glaze, Melissa asked me follow-up questions to ensure she did not accidentally break my re-glaze. I cannot recommend her enough.

I can't say enough great things about Melissa. She's not only incredibly reliable she does a fabulous job every time. I've had a few people, both individuals and companies, clean our home over the past 15 years and Melissa is, without a doubt, the best. She's great with our pets too, which really means a lot to me.

10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

Melissa was fantastic! We hired her to deep clean our bathrooms and they were left beautiful and sparkling - all the small details were attended to and I am so thankful.

Melissa was wonderful!!! She was so attentive to my needs and requests. She did an OUTSTANDING job!!!!! Thank you Melissa!!

Great communication and the house looked fantastic. Will hire again for sure.
