Hi families! I'm Melissa, and I'm currently working at a daycare while also looking to connect with families who need additional childcare support. I have several years of experience caring for children of different ages, from young infants to preschoolers. My experience includes working in a daycare setting, nannying for families, and providing occasional babysitting. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and enjoy creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I love planning age-appropriate activities, getting outside, reading, doing crafts, visiting parks, and supporting children's development and independence. I also understand how important communication and consistency are when it comes to caring for someone's little ones.
