Which enables them to remain safely and comfortably in their own home. I am qualified in the following areas such as personal care assistance, ADL's, bathing, meal planning and preparation, light house keeping, personal laundry, medication reminders, vital signs, hoyer lift, incontinence care, toileting, transportation, cognitive therapy, as well as companionship and emotional support. I have experience providing care for the following: Alzheimer's, Dementia, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, as well as clients that are physically and mentally challenged. I have a whole care team of 4 in place that comes with me if need be.
