About Melissa
Experience: 1 yr
Hello! I've always been passionate about children's growth and development, and my previous babysitting experiences have only solidified my desire to pursue a career in childcare. I'm currently working towards becoming a licensed social worker specifically working with youth and development. I'm a friendly, patient, and understanding person. I'm a good listener and communicator, which helps me develop strong, trusting relationships with the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of communication throughout the day.
Most recent review
Melissa is fantastic with my daughter, she is outgoing and goes above what I expect when leaving my little with someone!
