About Melissa

Hi! My names Melissa, I'm 32 and live on Harbour Island, looking for a part time (evenings and/or weekend) babysitting job to get me a little bit closer on saving for a house! I currently work from home for a media agency- 9a-5p. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old! I started out with my younger sister and cousins and then began babysitting other kids in our neighborhood. I was a camp counselor for over 10 years and have experience with all ages! I love being creative and coming up with unique and fun games to really get that creativity energy flowing! I was also a lifeguard and certified in CPR and First Aid for 6 years. I'm extremely responsible, energetic, and organized. I was babysitting full time for a 10-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy for a little over a year. My duties included picking them up from school, bringing them to afternoon activities, food shopping, dinner, and bed time prep. I promise that I will care for your kids like I care for my own family!
