I have over 15 years of experience working with elementary and middle school students in childcare and after-school programs. I've served as a program director and coordinator, managing staff and organizing engaging activities for kids of all abilities. I've worked as a mentor and facilitator, implementing my own curriculum designed to promote learning, social skills, and creativity.
