About Melissa

Hello! My name is Melissa. I lived with and helped take care of my Nana for several years up until losing her in 2017. I took care of my father for a bit up until losing him last year. I also spend allot of time with my 76-year-old mother, and actually had her stay with me for several months recently while she recovered from a hip replacement. My most recent full time position of 10 years, was with a medical device company, where I dealt with many elderly patients both in person and over the phone. I also dealt hands on with alot of the patients in the office as well. More specifically, they were lymphedema patients, breast cancer patients, wound patients, and patients suffering from upper and lower extremity swelling due to various medical reasons. I have always been a companion to others, helping to cook, shop, tidy up, play games, etc. I'm extremely caring and compassionate. I would treat anyone the same as I would want my own grandparents or parents treated.
