I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, dependable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my children with her, which as a mom is absolutely priceless. Melissa went above and beyond in every way. She wasn’t someone who simply came to watch the kids, she genuinely cared about them and wanted to be involved in their routines, activities, and day-to-day lives. She was always willing to help however she could and consistently looked for ways to make my life easier. My children were comfortable with her so quickly, and it was obvious how much she cared about them. What stood out to me most was how trustworthy, patient, thoughtful, and understanding she was. Communication with her was always easy, and I never had to worry when my children were in her care. She is one of those rare people who you can tell truly loves working with children. Our childcare needs unexpectedly changed, which is the only reason we were unable to continue having Melissa with us regularly. We were genuinely so sad to lose her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would feel completely comfortable recommending her to any family. Anyone lucky enough to have Melissa care for their children is getting someone truly special.
