I think kids should be kids (loud, silly, playful, adventurous, inquisitive, independent) within a safe and reasonable capacity. I attended school for Elementary Education. Absolutely love animals as well as long as they are even-tempered. Punctuality is very important! I understand the stress of working parents, last thing you need is to wonder when the nanny is going to show up..

Melissa is really great and has been taking care our 9 month old baby boy. She is very caring, plays with or son and always diligent with feedings. She is also very flexible and adjusts with our schedules. We absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone ❤️
