Mel is fantastic! We rescued a very reactive Aussie (due to abuse) and Mel knew exactly how to approach him and allow him to take time to adjust to her. She was calm and patient and her former experience allowed her to manage him extremely well. By the end of day two, he was on her lap watching TV. Upon returning home, everything was so nicely taken care of in the house...and clean! Marcus wasn't anxious and seemed just like when we are here. It was a pleasure to have her and we have already scheduled her again. I'm sure there will be many more times down the road!
