About Melissa

I am a Certified Medical Assistant with 10yrs experience in patient care. CPR/BLS certified. I have worked in Rheumatolgy and Bariatric fields of medicine. I was also my mothers caregiver when she became ill. I helped managed medications, bring her to appointments, helped with wound care/bandaging, regulate her sugar levels, and house duties (cooking/cleaning). I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate and empathetic. I like caring for seniors because I like to help provide them with comfort, companionship and help with daily tasks. I'm looking for a job that that is rewarding and flexible. I can at times be flexible with days and times of need. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter and dog. When it's nice outside we enjoy swimming, walks, bike rides, and parks. I also enjoy board games, puzzles, arts and crafts, baking, movies and music. My skills include CPR/BLS, good communication and empathy.
