About Melody

As a caregiver, my passion for nurturing and caring for children stems from years of positive experiences babysitting and working as a camp counselor. My journey began when I was just 11 years old, and I've since had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, including fostering children my parents took in. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. With my patient and friendly demeanor, I strive to create such an environment for the children in my care. I maintain open communication with parents through regular updates and verbal communication during pickup, ensuring that they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am well-versed in enforcing household rules and am comfortable taking on tasks like cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I enjoy keeping children engaged with a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles.
