About Mercedes

Providing high-quality care for your beloved animals is my passion. With three years of experience, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and consistent routine. I hold a college degree and am trained in Pet CPR and First Aid. Whether managing high-energy breeds with active play or helping a shy pet come out of their shell, I prioritize a clean, secure environment and vigilant observation. My approach is rooted in empathy, punctuality, and responsible decision-making. I remain calm during emergencies, communicating immediately with you to ensure your pet's well-being. From horses and exotic pets to dogs and cats, I am equipped to provide dedicated, reliable care. I find true joy in offering you peace of mind while your companions feel comfortable and loved in their own home. I look forward to welcoming your pets into my care as if they were part of my own family.
