Mercedes has been an incredible caregiver. She has worked with our family for the past several months, since our baby was four months old. She clearly has a gift for working with babies, and on top of that, she is very professional; she shows up on time, is warm and engaging, and proactively helps out with baby-related tasks (bottle washing, toy cleanup) which makes our life so much easier. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for care for their young child.

Mercedes is absolutely amazing. I brought my 4 year old on a business trip to Texas at the last minute and she was comfortable with Mercedes within minutes. They spend the better part of two days together at our hotel and going to playgrounds and museums and my daughter is still talking about how much she wants to see “Miss Mercedes” again the next time that we visit Texas.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted an adult night out. She was on time and responsive. Our kids enjoyed their time with her. Trustworthy and we would hire her again!

Mercedes was great with my littles! She always look for multiple ways to engage them outside of electronics and listens to what the kids wanted. She also ensures their safety as priority which is very comforting. 

She is very amazing with my toddler and knows how to be attentive whenever he has a tantrum. I love how he loves her and interacts with her as well! She’s the perfect babysitter!

I am so thankful for Mercedes! I didn't want to put my kids in daycare but almost had to until my neighbor recommended Mercedes! I knew she was the perfect fit for my babies when we met. They got along so well and she took very great care of my children! She is hilarious and loving and thoughtful! Sometimes my kids want to stay a bit longer when I come pick them up 😂 Unfortunately we're moving out of state and I can only pray that I meet someone like her in our new town when we move when I'm in need of childcare again!
