For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors and their families. My motivation stems from a deep desire to support families by offering a dependable care solution. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting attention, and handling confusion or behavioral changes, which is invaluable when working with individuals with memory care needs. I respect the independence of those I care for and always follow the family's preferred method of communication regarding their loved one's well-being. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have some graduate school education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car, so transportation is not a problem.
