About Mercedes

I'd describe my personality as caring, reliable and hard worker. I like working with animals because animals love unconditionally. My very first pet was a tuxedo who I named SpongeBob and he became my best friend for the next 12 years. My first dog was a golden retriever named teddy and he was my protector and companion. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding. I enjoy babysitting and I have worked in childcare for 11 years at the YMCA. I am CPR/first aid certified. I started working with animals when my family and friends would ask me to house sit and take care of their animals. In my spare time, I like to hangout at home, take naps and spending time with family. One thing you should know about me is I am currently a senior at Sonoma State university and will be graduating this December. I have 2 fur babies of my own named kitty and BMO. I guess that's more than one thing haha. My skills include feeding, giving medication (if needed), walking, playing and caretaking animals.
