With six years of experience providing home health care, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, promoting their well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly, always striving to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and facilitate physical activity. I'm also experienced with medical management. I offer regular updates via text or phone call, following your preferred communication method. I have some college experience and current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in building meaningful connections and providing reliable support to families.
