About Mercedes

I have always loved children, and I owned "Sitters-by-the-Sea" for years, serving resorts and homes. For 20 plus years I've made a positive impact on the lives of many children. I maintain current CPR certifications. I am patient, calm, and creative, ensuring a supportive experience for up to two to 3 chilren of any age. I enjoy outdoor sports, educational games, and board games, I create many entertaining crafts to keep children engaged. Some have been great seasonal hits over the years, but Im always creating new crafts! My drawings of mermaids and princesses etc. have always been a hit. Whether assisting with homework, or playing , I follow your lead . I like to leave a list of our daily activities. . I am comfortable with pets ( I love animals!) and have my own car for travel. I look forward to bringing my warm, imaginative energy to your home so your little ones thrive while having a really fun time!
