Mercy is very talkative and nice but did not communicate her negotiated salary and decided not to show up after working for a week with my family. We are stuck with no help now. She stated she is very religious and loves to take care of seniors but left us empty handed. My family did like her as she does good work for the six days she was with them. She was unable to communicate with us that she not only wanted us to pay her hour rate but on top of that wanted all her federal, state, social security and medicare taxes paid for her. She did not show up this morning and stated did not want to work for us unless we pay everything above our negotiated rate and left us in a bad position. She could have offered to work for us for 1-2 more weeks while we found some else but.....
