Mercy has been watching our 2 year old son for just about a year. He had a really hard time with separation anxiety in the beginning but she handled it so well. She was calm and good at coming up with ways to distract/entertain him when he was missing us. She was great at setting a routine that was fun but structured for a toddler. She was willing to help out around the house which I appreciated so much! It was great having her as part of the family!
