About Mia

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, a calling I have pursued through 15 years of dedicated caregiving. As a Certified Teacher with a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, I combine professional expertise with a patient, calm, and creative approach to support children aged newborn through 12. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure your family's safety. I taught preschool for the past 6 years and have decided to take a break from the classroom and back to working directly with families. I love engaging children through outdoor activities, all kinds of games, and hands-on crafts. I am happy to follow your lead on household rules and communication preferences. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and look forward to creating a positive, imaginative environment for your family. I am truly excited to help your children thrive and discover the world around them. I am happy to do light house work.
