Mia cared for our baby from 4 months to 1 year old, and she was truly exceptional. She has a strong background in childhood development, including time working in a daycare setting, and it showed in everything she did, from how thoughtfully she presented toys to how present and engaged she was. Our baby had a medical condition that made feeding especially challenging at first, and Mia handled it with so much patience and care. She was fully on board with elimination communication and was completely comfortable with cloth diapering. She also did contact naps and was incredibly attuned to our baby's needs. I rarely ever heard him cry because she anticipated what he needed before it became a problem. Mia was also extremely clean and safety-conscious, always washing her hands when she entered a room or came into the house. I felt completely confident and at ease leaving my baby in her care. I can't recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a nanny who is experienced, nurturing, and truly dedicated to a child's wellbeing.
