About Mia

Hi I'm Mia- a top swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School in South Austin, and someone who absolutely loves working with kids! I've been a lifeguard since I was 15, so safety has always been my number one priority. But I also believe that kids learn best when they're having fun, so I bring a silly, upbeat, and encouraging energy to everything I do. Many of the kiddos I teach form strong bonds with me, and helping them grow in confidence is truly my passion. I recently graduated from Texas State and now want to fill my free time doing what I love the most- supporting families and spending time with children of all ages. Whether it's playing games, helping with routines, or keeping things calm and structured, I put 100% into everything I do. I'm a calm, patient, responsible, and confident caregiver, and I'd love to bring that mix of fun and professionalism to your family!
