About Mia

About me: I am a current law student hoping to work in public interest! I went to UC Irvine for undergrad and studied psychology! I have a big family with lots of sisters and I am the youngest. I played competitve softball for years growing up. Qualifications: While attending undergrad I worked as a nanny for a family with 3 elementary aged children for 4 years. I often helped them with school work, practiced sports with them, or took them to and from after school activities. I also would regularly stay overnight when the parents were out of town, often for multiple days at a time as the main caregiver. I have also worked at various elementary schools throughout California. Working at these schools gave me experience with interacting with special needs children and giving them extensive support.
