About Mia

I decided to pursue childcare due to my experiences babysitting, tutoring students from diverse backgrounds, and coaching lacrosse to children of all ages. Growing up in a large family further emphasized the significance of helping others develop and reach their full potential. My personality is best described as compassionate, driven, kind, and patient. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or address any concerns. I have a diverse skill set that includes CPR Training. I enjoy engaging with children through outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate learning. I have a high school degree and am fluent in English. I currently attend Amherst college with an Economics and Mathematics degree. I have a car, I love pets, and I am willing to help with crafts and swimming supervision.
