About Michaela

Hi, I'm Michaela! I was born and raised in Boston and have lived in Charleston for over eight years now. As the oldest of my siblings, caregiving has always been a part of my day-to-day. So naturally, I started babysitting as soon as could. Over the past 10+ years, I have gained experience working with all age groups. In 2022 I began working for an event and travel babysitting company, which I continue to do in my spare time. I love being a source of positive guidance in children's lives and creating memories with them along the way! I prioritize maintaining a routine while promoting growth through engaging activities. Open communication with parents is important to me as well as taking the time to understand each family's needs/preferences. If you would like, I am happy to help with additional housework such as laundry, light cleaning, transportation, and grocery shopping. I am CPR/ AED/ First Aid certified.
