We hired Michaela in Dec. for a nanny position starting 2/1. She was able to shadow a couple days to get to know our family/routine and then was with us for a week. She voiced several opinions on things we should change, and then continued to bring things up after we addressed our preference. I did talk with her after a week and shared both positive feedback and also just asked for some time for her to get to know our family- it is overwhelming as a first time parent when you are getting unsolicited advice from all angles, especially when you're wondering if you're doing things right! I thought the conversation went okay and that we could work through it, but she e-mailed that night resigning effective immediately, and then didn't respond to my follow-up phone call/e-mail and I believe blocked my number. She came off as judgmental, was very unprofessional, and put us in a tough spot for childcare last minute. I would NOT recommend her.
