About Michaela

My name is Mic. I am a patient, compassionate 30-year-old woman who enjoys keeping active and making the most out of every mud puddle and blue sky. I have an education in Child and Youth Care Practitioner as well as experience as an Au Pair and live-in nanny to multiples/twins under the age of 1 up to 8 years old. This included but not limited to; promoting children's language development by implementing sign language and developing skills through daily reading and storytelling; organized age appropriate activities that enhance children's physical, emotional and social well-being; balanced playtime with limited screen time to support the development of fine motor, gross motor and cognitive skills; prepared and served meals with balanced nutrition while ensuring food safety; changed diapers, prepared bottles, feeding equipment and aiding with toilet training, amongst other tasks required.
