I am very experienced in childcare having worked as a nanny for a family for seven years and other continuous babysitting jobs for the same families. I loved building connections with the whole family and am very passionate about providing child care that is screen-free and engaged. Besides childcare, I worked for five years as a camp Director for ages 2-12 as well as a Director of First Aid. I am currently working towards my Masters in Nursing (here in Boston at MGH IHP) to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Michaela was with one family for many years during some of the most difficult years of COVID, and beyond. Michaela is an excellent communicator and has an extremely high level of care. Her high moral and ethical standards and deep understanding of kids and how they grow and develop made her an outstanding care giver for our family. Michaela started with us and a mother’s helper when she was young, and became our go-to babysitter, then nanny. She is a phenomenal human being who we trust beyond what words can express.
