About Michael

Hi! I'm Michael, a reliable, patient, and energetic childcare provider with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I've completed my 40-hour RBT training and competency assessment and am currently preparing for my RBT exam. I'm also pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology, with plans to continue into nursing and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can learn and be themselves. My ABA experience has taught me how to understand behavior, encourage communication and independence, and use play-based, child-led activities to build social and developmental skills. I'm especially comfortable working with children with autism and other developmental differences. I enjoy games, arts and crafts, reading, outdoor activities, homework help, and following each child's interests. I'm dependable and take the responsibility of caring for children very seriously.
